One of my greatest motivations is to feel that I make (or have made) a difference, regardless of if that involves my daily chores, making a difference by giving advice or that I’ve had a productive day at work. My most helpful motto in life is that it should always be alright to ask a question, whether you’ve asked it one hundred times before or for the first time- by being open to different people’s ways of learning you keep a more positive way of learning and might learn something new about yourself. Questions that drive me (both nuts and forward in life) are equality, diversity and other related societal issues. To manage my feelings about these different societal issues, I air out my emotions to family and friends – who give me loads of energy-. I also go out on long distance runs or go on a spinning class and sweat out my emotions instead.
