Jellyfish have a simple anatomy, their sensitive, long arms have the capacity of both brain and heart. They navigate the great sea gracefully and they have no known natural enemies. I try as a consultant, working with Governance, Risk, Compliance and IT Security, to have the same simple anatomy in my work and navigate using both brain and heart. The jellyfish is my metaphor of choice to describe my work-life at Transcendent Group, because I truly believe that some things are just good. With the right team, everything is possible. I find myself being part of a work environment with a healthy culture, which requires the integrated capacity of a balanced workload and helping each other to achieve quality results. Here I have discovered that this simple anatomy of work is a possibility, not our natural enemy.
