My focus has always been on how organizations can balance business goals and risks, different attitudes and organizational cultures to build a robust, adapted framework and gauge ethics and compliance effectiveness. The best thing about my job is helping clients gain insight into how new laws and regulations will affect their specific sector and to identify what is expected of them - and experience that they discover that the work they put in along the way can give them a competitive advantage on many levels. I am one of all Swedes who moved to Norway to snowboard and stay in this beautiful but cold mountain country for a maximum of one year. It is now eleven years ago and with a wife and children in the picture, I have accepted that I will stay where I am for a while. To reduce the longing for home, I regularly visit my childhood island Malmön and replenish with everything the Swedish west coast has to offer.
