Schrems II - what does the future hold for data protection in Europe and what does it mean for you?
The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) published two documents on 11 November 2020, which aim to provide guidance on additional measures to be taken to ensure that data transmissions are GDPR compliant following the European Court of Justice’s Schrems II ruling in July 2020.
