Transcendent Group ranked as Norway’s 3rd best workplace

April 27, 2021

Transcendent Group has in Great Place to Work’s annual top list been ranked as Norway's third best place to work in the small company category. It is the fourth consecutive year that the Norwegian subsidiary reached the top list. Last year Transcendent Group was ranked as Norway’s fourth best workplace.

"I’m immensely proud of the hard work all my colleagues are putting down to collectively make TG a Great Place to Work,” commented Carsten Maartmann-Moe, CEO of Transcendent Group Norway. “Sustainably growing the firm during a tough year for many is one thing, but making sure that all employees are healthy, happy and prospering during a global pandemic is another. We are therefore happy, but not content, to be ranked third. Going forward, we’re raising the bar even further by for example reviewing our benefits and incentivizing sustainable behavior, and have already implemented profit sharing replacing individual bonuses. We see a clear shift in what both our existing and future employees look for in a workplace, and we are determined to deliver it,” continued Carsten Maartmann-Moe.

Great Place to Work’s publishes a yearly ranking of Norway's best workplaces by evaluating the dimensions of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The list highlights organizations that have succeeded well with a specific focus on culture and effective leadership. The organizations that are ranked highest by their employees reach the top list of Norway's best workplaces. Transcendent Group Norway is included in the category of small companies (20-49 employees).
