We are very excited to announce that Claes Mårtensson, from April 1st, is a member of the Audit & Governance department at the Stockholm office. Claes is very experienced in the area of Governance, Risk and Compliance from his previous positions at Swedbank, Trygg Hansa, Holmen and Deloitte. In the last 16 years, he has been working with corporate governance, internal controls, external and internal audit, financial/business control and in project manager roles for large projects.
