We are very happy to welcome Cécile to Transcendent Group and our Oslo office and to have another great GRC-colleague onboard.
Cécile Marcotte joined Transcendent Group Norway in Mars and will strengthen our group of experienced consultants within regulatory compliance and internal audit towards the financial sector.
Cécile has worked for Crédit Agricole, auditing the risk of subsidiaries across the world and acting as support of local internal audit departments with the help of a strong audit methodology. She has experience auditing compliance with prudential regulations (especially CRD IV/Basel III, EBA standards) and a broad range of topics, such as governance, internal control, compliance (MifiD II, GDPR, market abuse, anti-corruption), financial crimes (money laundering, financing of terrorism, sanctions, KYC), financial risk management, operational risks, and data quality.
