Welcome Phil!
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Phil Knight to Transcendent Group’s office in Oslo. Phil started in January and is already working on several customer assignments related to risk management and compliance. Phil has long and broad experience from working with insurance and pension companies and has been responsible for many disciplines including Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management & Compliance. Phil has also worked as a consultant and manager at KPMG and Gabler where he worked with regulatory compliance, financial and operational risk management, compliance, internal control, change management, and improving clients finance functions.
– Phil has a thorough knowledge of the pension and the insurance industry. He has experience from various roles in the industry (incl. CFO), as well as several years as a consultant and manager, and has a good overview of the industry’s core processes, inherent risks and regulatory frameworks. His experience from both operational and strategic work in the financial sector, combined with having worked as a consultant and manager for several years, makes him an attractive profile for our current and future customers.
