Transcendent Group is merging their three Swedish offices into one organization in order to strengthen the great collaboration that already exists between the offices. A stronger and more efficient collaboration will free more time and power to create even more value for both our employees and clients.
– Our three offices in Gothenburg, Malmoe and Stockholm have always collaborated and worked very closely, and the new organizational structure will strengthen that collaboration and increase our knowledge sharing, cross-office collaboration and service development. My focus now is to take each new opportunity that the new organizational structure creates, says Martin Bohlin, CEO Transcendent Group Sweden.
Transcendent Group’s Gothenburg office was founded in the autumn of 2014 by Christina Falk and Anna Nielanger, who together made a strong team and successfully managed to build up TG’s market presence in the region. Christina and Anna then continued the journey and took over the responsibility for Transcendent Group’s office in Malmoe. 4 years later, their management team was strengthened by branch manager Estelle Otterstedt.
– It has been a fantastic adventure and I’m so proud of what we have built together in the South and West regions of Sweden. I now look forward to starting my new role as deputy CEO Transcendent Group Sweden with increased focus on our clients and our service offering. Martin Bohlin, former CEO Stockholm, will take on the role as CEO Sweden. Christina Falk, former CEO Southwest, will take on the role as deputy CEO. Estelle Otterstedt, former branch manager Malmoe, will from now on be branch manager for both Malmoe and Gothenburg.
