Our position on the top list is truly a team effort, everyone has been involved in creating a great workplace. All coworkers are also very engaged in strengthening our corporate culture, which I am very happy to see. Transcendent Group is a knowledge based company who offers services within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), who only recruit hand-picked consultants.
– To have a great workplace is very important to us, as it is necessary to attract the best consultants within GRC. One of the major reasons that our culture is so strong and sustainable is that we are able to attract and recruit people that share our values.
