It is a great pleasure to announce that David Bergin joined our team in Stockholm in the beginning of January.
We are excited to welcome David Bergin to our Compliance team in Stockholm! David has worked with regulatory compliance in investment firms since 2016. Ever since he started, he has worked closely with the organizations to implement MAR, AML, MiFID II and IDD and has acquired good knowledge of these frameworks as a result. Before joining Transcendent Group, David worked as a Compliance Officer at Söderberg & Partner Securities AB and prior to that at Mangold Fondkommission AB. David has a Master degree in Law and finished his bachelor thesis in business management in 2016.
