In 2019, Transcendent Group launched the subsidiary RegTech (Regulatory Technology) with the objective to meet the markets’ demand for development and supply of digital GRC services. RegTech’s first product, the RFA (Regulatory Framework Application) is a digital tool that helps customers to maintain, administrate and develop their internal regulatory framework. The product is considered to have great potential to continued growth, and is an important component of the company’s growth strategy. In October, the RFA monitor add-on module was launched, which further helps the users to stay updated on new and changed regulations.
