Development and progress is created through people – and that is why I grow. I love to surround myself with people who can teach me, inspire me, and challenge me. At the same time, I strive to always teach, inspire and challenge them back. As a consultant, I have the privilege to meet new people all the time and I love my job for always letting me evolve and grow with the people I meet. Being a consultant is never boring. To me – the second most important asset to every organization, after people of course, is the organization’s information. People and information is what makes each organization unique and what creates a competitive edge. Therefore, I go to work every day trying to help organizations protect these assets so that the organizations can stay successful and create value.
