Where I get my greatest satisfaction is when I can contribute in both organizational growth and individual growth of others - helping out to get closer or even reach their full potential. Words I hold on to and try to live by are courage, motivation, continuous learning and affinity built on trust and respect. And last but not least humor. What would life be without laughter and joy?
